JNR Golf Association of Western Australia Inc. is a not for profit association that strives to support the development of, and provide opportunities for, young golfers in Western Australia.
Primarily our mission will be to operate an annual local junior tour of World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) events and support junior players in progressing to more tournament golf. We also aim to provide connections between local players and high-quality WAGR international events in our SE Asian region.
Our events are open to elite-level junior amateur golfers. We created this tour to give WA juniors the opportunity to develop the experience and skills that only come from competing in multi-day tournament golf at the highest level. Entry is handicap-based, with each event setting its own standard.
These are competitive tournaments that count — every event is WAGR-ranked, meaning players are competing for a place on the world amateur rankings or striving to improve thier current ranking.
